Flowing from the Tower’s wounded walls
Forgotten names in sacred halls
Remember the Blitz & wartime fears

Poppies prompting loved ones tears
Striking sights Poppies pour

Across the lawn by the White Tower Door

Blood Red Poppies form a flowing Ripple
From the wounded wall our hearts they cripple

Forming a crater of crimson Red
Loved ones lost, Forever Dead

At home and abroad in foreign Parts
Long remembered in caring hearts

May they rest in peace
