Founded by a military wife, they share FLOW's deep commitment to the Armed Forces community and those living with the effects of trauma.

Amber Room Counselling offers person-centred experiential psychotherapy specialising in trauma. Founder Evee provides a relational, compassionate, anti-oppressive space for clients to rediscover their personal power — sharing FLOW's belief in the healing potential of creative expression and safe self-exploration.

Sophie Brigden is an accredited ICF trauma-informed coach helping individuals and leaders recover from workplace bullying and high-pressure experiences. Having rebuilt herself after her own Army trauma, Sophie shares FLOW's belief in the power of safe spaces and self-expression for healing and connection.
