Your Agreement

If you visit any of our sites or submit a piece of your own work in any way, we will accept this as your agreement to abide by all our current Terms and Conditions.

Your Communication

Please do not upset people by being rude, offensive, or hurtful. Racism, sexism, and all similar behaviour will not be tolerated. If you see evidence of this, please report it immediately — we will have no hesitation in banning those responsible. We are here to foster a feeling of community, support, and respect for each other, for people's views, and for their feelings. Treat others as you would like to be treated by them.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. We will ask you to revisit them on a regular basis to confirm that you still agree to our current terms. If you do not, please contact us and we will endeavour to come to an agreement with you.

Submitting Work

Any work submitted to us will be taken as your request for it to be published on our website under the tag or category we deem best suited. If you are under 13 years of age you must have gained parental permission before submitting. By sending in your work you confirm that permission has been granted by your parent or legal guardian.

If you submit work on behalf of a child, you take full responsibility for that child's welfare. Not all content on our sites is suitable for young children, so please exercise caution and guidance when allowing a child access.

Copyright

By sending us a work you are stating that it was written by you and is your rightfully owned material to publish. If it was not written by you and you know the author, please tell us so we can give due credit. If you do not know the author, let us know and we will publish it asking for the author to be identified.

By submitting your work you give us permission to publish it on any of our websites and allow others to share it elsewhere, provided it is credited to you by name as the author and credited to flow-for-all.org as the source. We also occasionally allow selected magazines, journals, newspapers, and broadcasters (such as the BBC) to publish or broadcast work from our sites — by submitting your work you give permission for this.

To submit your work, please register on the site first. We must have you registered before you are permitted to post, in line with our Data Protection Policy.

Our Publications

It is the intention of FLOW for All to publish books annually containing selected works submitted to our sites. By sending in your work you agree that we have your permission to include your stories and poems in such publications. Any profit from the sale of these publications will be paid into the FLOW for All fund and used solely to run our non-profit organisation.

Contributions & Donations

Any donations made to us will be used to finance the running of FLOW and to assist those affected by war that we are able to help. If you submit work which is later found to be the work of another person from whom you did not gain proper permission, we will expect to recover any legal costs incurred by us from you.
