Splash the cash out on some drink
Knock it back don’t even think
Later on we’ll have some food
Whatever cuisine takes our mood
This excess will make us belch

St. Patrick’s day is party time
Lots of beer or even wine
Sing those songs of freedom too
Although they don’t apply to you
Let your hair down feel the craic
Dance all night and learn the knack
Of dancing to an Irish jig –
Badly – but you still feel big
It doesn’t matter you weren’t born
In old Killarney or near Morn
The booze keeps flowing so just say
