I served 22 years in the British Army from 1978 - 2000.
I live in Birmingham (UK), and I have two grown-up kids living their lives happily.
I started FLOW in 2004, and it has been a real life changer for me in many ways.
I am diagnosed with PTSD and autism, and I have hypervigilance.
I try to help others with PTSD through FLOW and support Neurodiversity in any way I can.
