All I Have Is Yours

Never ending treks; sad toll doth take
As aging Bull stands down from lofty throne
His lifetime sacrificed for Bedu’s sake
A multiple provider to their home
Now winds of change doth blow o’er arid lands
No more such heavy burden to endure
Released from harness, free to roam the sands
Sure footed once, yet now so insecure
I watch as he kneels down to meet his fate
Neath canopy of stars, in breathless pause
Arriving Bedu stop to celebrate
His life of selfless service to their cause
Whilst man and beast doth live in harmony
Such Desert ships shall gladly sail the sea
