Easter chicks

Come on round, have some lunch

Make some eyes, with two hole punch

Get the red material, give it a tweak

Cut out little square and make a beak

Glass of wine, are we a bit thick

Grab a needle sew a chick

Weekend gathering, with our friends

Sticking and sewing, any loose ends

Out for a drive it will save our legs

Finished up buying, chocolate cream eggs

Give us your money; I’m glad you’ve paid

You know it makes sense, to buy the Chicks you’ve made

Drive off home, Happy, tired and worn

The funds that are raised help new babies born.
