Harry the Warrior Prince

To serve his country in Afghanistan
And do his duty did our dear Prince Hal
Seek anonymity…to be an average man…
Though a soldier’s deeds are quite exceptional.
By blending in among the army crowd,
With courage his life in the line of fire he put…
In a way that has made his family and nation proud…
‘Tis typical of our most famous ‘Ginger Nut’.

An earthly Prince who aches to be quite normal…
Not to stand on ceremony and to be less formal.
Those who serve our country can expect
To earn our admiration and respect.
Thus the ‘Bullet Magnet’ has fulfilled a dream…
And Prince Harry we now hold in high esteem.
